Perfect for the casual fan or the dedicated German football enthusiast. The Little Bundesliga Book covers both the factual and the trivial. Thirty-nine clubs, 156 cards, and well over a thousand facts and stats.
From top goalscorers and historical records through to the beer sold at the ground, the price of a season ticket and the number of followers on Facebook, you will find everything you need in this convenient and richly illustrated little pocket book.
Unique, fun and informative, The Little Bundesliga Book has been conceived, created and designed by a long-time Bundesliga fan for all Bundesliga fans.
Different.
Rather than just being another dry book of facts, The Little Bundesliga Book presents this information using richly illustrated images and infographics. Rather than reams of black and white tables, the information for each club is presented on four pages, or “cards”.
Even people who don’t even care about football will love it. (OK, maybe.)
Informative.
The Little Bundesliga Book is the perfect place to find a quick fact. Need to find out the all-time top goalscorer for SpVgg Greuther Fürth? Check. Most points achieved in a Bundesliga season by Schalke 04? Check. The number of DFB-Pokal victories for FC Bayern München? Check. The biggest amount spent on a player by SV Sandhausen? Check.
And a whole lot more.
Fun.
As well as being informative, the Little Bundesliga Book is a whole lot of fun too. It can be used to settle arguments, and create new ones. Kids will love the bright colours, and stattos will love the numbers. Statto kids, meanwhile, will be in their element. Fitting neatly inside a shirt or trouser pocket, The Little Bundesliga Book is the perfect thing to have with you when sitting on a train or waiting at the airport.
The Creator.
The Little Bundesliga Book is the creation of Rick Joshua, who has been a follower of the Bundesliga for the best part of four decades. He is the creator of the extensive Schwarz und Weiß archive on the German national team, and contributes to a number of football blogs including Bayern Central, Bundesliga Fanatic and Futbol Pulse.
A long-time supporter of FC Bayern München, Rick is also the author of Red Odyssey: An FC Bayern Fan Journey, the ultimate fan history of Germany’s most famous football club.
